NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE ON LAND WITHIN SALINE COUNTY, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 26th, 2016 in the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse in Wilber, Nebraska the Saline County Planning and Zoning shall hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use application authorized under the Saline County Zoning Regulations to permit the land at the following locations 23-7-1E, 26-7-1E, 13-7-1E, 24-7-1E, 25-7-1E, 18-7-2E, 19-7-2E, 30-7-2E, 17-7-2E, 20-7-2E, 29-7-2E, 16-7-2E, 21-7-2E, 28-7-2E, 15-7-2E, 22-7-2E, 27-7-2E, 14-7-2E, 23-7-2E, 26-7-2E, 13-7-2E, 14-7-2E, 25-7-2E to be use for a Wind Energy Farm. Said conditional use request has been filed by Aksamit Energy Development. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing at which time you will have an opportunity to be heard regarding this proposed amendment. Written testimony shall also be accepted at the Zoning Administrator’s office at the Courthouse in Wilber, Nebraska up to and including the public hearing. Meeting times are 9:30 A.M.
