NOTICE OF ORGANIZATION OF WRENCHMAN SERVICE, LLC Notice is hereby given that WRENCHMAN SERVICE, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, has been organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, with its registered agent as Darrell R. Hurd and its registered office at 57455 Y Rd., Plymouth, Nebraska, 68424. The general nature of its business is to do any lawful act concerning any and all lawful business, other than banking or insurance for which a limited liability company may be organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska. The purposes of this limited liability company shall include but not be limited to the operation of a general automotive, truck, diesel and trailer maintenance and repair business including the retail and wholesale purchase and sale of parts, performance of labor and general mechanic work and to engage in or enter into any contract for said purpose including hiring or firing of employees and subcontractors and for the purchasing, rental, maintenance, encumbrance or sale of personal and real property including but not limited to business property, inventory, equipment, real estate, vehicles, trailers and other items incidental to the operation of said business. The company shall be in perpetual existence commencing January 1, 2017. The affairs of the company are to be conducted by its Managers, Darrell R.
