NOTICE OF MEETING WILBER PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Wilber, Nebraska, will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2023, at the Czech Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska. The following items are on the Agenda: 1. Review of Final Plat for Zoubek Addition, a subdivision of Lot 6, Block 2, Kenneth Kreshel's 5th Addition, of Wilber, Saline County, Nebraska, along with action/non-action for recommendations to the Wilber City Council. 2. Tax increment financing discussion, and recommendation to City Council regarding further proceedings. 3. "Tiny Houses" and "Shouses" and amendments to Regulations concerning the same. 4. Review of Conditional Use Permit Application filed by Farmers Cooperative Elevator Co. to install a $30,000 gallon bulk propane storage tank at 2312 Highway 41, Wilber, Nebraska, along with action/non-action for recommendations to the Wilber City Council. 5.
