NOTICE OF MEETING WILBER PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF WILBER, NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Wilber, Nebraska, will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023, at the Czech Cultural Center, 110 West Third Street, Wilber, Nebraska. The following items are on the Agenda: 1. Annual Organization. 2. Review of Preliminary Plat for Zoubek Addition, a subdivision of Lot 6, Block 2, Kenneth Kreshel's 5' Addition, of Wilber, Saline County, Nebraska, and negotiations with the subdivider concerning the Preliminary Plat, along with action/non-action for recommendations to the Wilber City Council. 3. Public Hearing on amendment of Article 7, Section 2-702, N, and add a Section LL to Article 8, Section 2-802, of the City of Wilber Zoning Regulations, to provide for body art/tattoos and body piercing businesses to be permitted uses in "C-1" General Commercial District and "C-2" Highway Commercial District, and recpmmendation to the Wilber City Council. 4. Public hearing for recommendations to the Wilber City Council regarding annexation of certain real property owned by Farmers Cooperative Elevator Co., located at 2312 State Highway 41, Wilber, Nebraska, also described as part of the SW 1/4, Section 14-6-4, in Saline County, Nebraska. 5. Tax increment financing. 6. "Tiny Houses" and "Shouses". 7. Other amendments to zoning regulations. An agenda will be available at the City Office during regular business hours.
