NOTICE OF MEETING AND HEARING ON PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY FOR SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 2016-1 Public Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Swanton, Nebraska will be held at the Village Offices located at 402 1st Street in Swanton, Nebraska on the 14th day of March, 2016, at 7:30 p.m. At such meeting a public hearing will be held regarding the proposed passage of the Resolution of Necessity, the form of which is attached hereto, regarding the formation of Sanitary Sewer District No. 2016-1 for the purpose of constructing the proposed improvements to the Village sewer system. Said meeting is open to the attendance of the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk in Swanton, Nebraska.
