NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Saline County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2014, in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Saline County Courthouse, Wilber, Nebraska, for the purpose of taking action on a request by the City of Crete, Nebraska, to exclude from the Designated County Industrial Area directly adjacent to the City of Crete, the following described real property, to-wit: A tract of land located in the NW1/4 of Section 26, Township 8 North, Range 4, East of the 6th P.M., Saline County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point 716.4 feet north of and 871.0 feet east of the southwest corner of the NW1/4 of Section 26, Township 8 North, Range 4, East of the 6th P.M., Saline County, Nebraska, as measured from the south line of said NW1/4, this point being on the south right-of-way line of Nebraska Highway 33; thence northeasterly along the south right-of-way line of said Highway 33 along a curve with a radius of 5819.58 feet, 75.13 feet to a point; thence South 21°04'39" East, 556.64 feet to a point; thence southeasterly along a 60 foot radius curve to the left 72.14 feet to a point; thence North 89°59'58" East, parallel to the south line of said NW1/4, 89.56 feet to a point; thence southerly along a 126 foot radius curve to the right, 197.92 feet to a point; thence South 00°00'02" East, 90.0 feet to a point on the south line of said NW1/4; thence south 89°59'58" West, along the south line of said NW1/4, 244.2 feet to a point; thence North 21°04'39" West, 767.96 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.2 acres, more or less.
