NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, that a Budget Hearing is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the DeWitt Village Office for the purpose of the 2023-2024 budget and final tax request. The Regular Meeting of the DeWitt Board of Trustees of the Village of DeWitt, NE will commence immediately upon adjournment of the preceding budget hearing. The Board reserves the right to go into closed session on any agenda items as pursuant to Section 84-1410. An agenda will be available at the Village Office with the Board members reserving the right to modify the agenda when convened. Requests to be on the agenda must be made in the Village Clerks’ office, 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
