Our dear, sweet Lucy Collins Homolka passed away Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021, in Meadows Hospital in Vidalia, Georgia.
She was born to the late Willis and Mae Collins on July 15, 1947. She was married to the late Albert Fulmer. To this marriage, was born one son, Dwayne, two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren. She was married to Leonard Homolka on June 22, 2005.
She was a graduate of Collins High School in 1996. She was an active, faithful member of the Jehovah Witnesses.
She leaves many cherished memories for her family and friends.
She was a stay-at-home mom, but worked for a short time in a clothing factory and in a school cafeteria. She enjoyed sewing and working in her flower garden. Her family was her life, and she gave them everything. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard Homolka; a sister, Mellie Sue Cowart; a brother, Joe Collins; son, Dwayne Fulmer; daughter-in-law, Angie Fulmer; granddaughters, Angie Fulmer and Angelica Moore; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held at the family land.
