In the matter of an Industrial Groundwater Transfer NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Trailblazer CO2 Pipeline, LLC intends to withdraw and transport groundwater for industrial purposes, specifically, hydrostatic pressure testing of a new pipeline, the TPCO2-02 Lateral. Groundwater will be withdrawn from one well with the following registration number and location: G-012632 (W1/2 of the NW ¼ of Section 17, Township 5N, Range 4E, Saline County). The amount of water that will be withdrawn from the well is 2.3221319094 acre-feet. After hydrostatic pressure testing is complete on the TPCO2-02 Lateral, the water will be discharged at or near the original point of withdrawal. This withdrawal and transfer is proposed to commence July 1, 2026, and be completed by September 1, 2026.
