Gregory O. Blanchard, 62, of O Fallon, Illinois, was born Feb. 26, 1958, in Lincoln, and passed away Jan. 23, 2021, at his residence in O Fallon. Survivors include his brother, Samuel Blanchard, of Wilber. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project. A private family interment service was conducted.
