Elvin Filipi of Tobias will celebrate his 85th birthday early next month.
He was born Dec. 8, 1939, in Tobias.
His family members include his wife, Rose; daughter and son-In-law, Beth and Mark Tachovsky of Wilber, daughter, Susan Gracey or Hastings, and son and daughter- in-law, Neal and Tami Filipi of Tobias; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter
