Edward Henry Heller, age 87, of LaGrange, Missouri, passed peacefully at the home of his daughter in Columbia, Missouri, on Dec. 13, 2024.
Ed was born May 26, 1937, in a Nebraska farming community and was raised in Clatonia. He married Carol Jean Albert on June 7, 1957. She passed away Aug. 29, 2013.
Ed is survived by three children, Cindy (Bruce) Young of Columbia, Chris (Rose) Heller of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Joe (Jackie) Heller of St. Louis, Moissouri. He was most proud of his 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; also surviving are two sisters-in-law, Beverly Tiedeman and Glenna Heller, both of Nebraska; nephews, Bruce (Karen) Tiedeman and Joshua (Cara) Heller; and one niece, Jennifer (Jamey) Krueger. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol Heller; his brother, Paul Heller; and brothers-in-law, Melvin Tideman and Ronald Albert.
Graveside services and inurnment will be 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, at the Clatonia Cemetery.
