Dean James Ripa, 58, of Wilber, died July 1, 2022, in Lincoln, after a short battle with cancer. Dean was born Aug. 16, 1963, in Crete, the fourth son of Joseph and Norma Ripa.
He is survived by brothers, Doug (Debra) Ripa, Dennis (Joan) Ripa, Dale (Angela) Ripa; nieces and nephews, Cory Nickel, Travis Ripa, Keri Nickel, Kelsi (Travis) Tonniges, Lauren (Adam) Briese, Madeline (Trevor) Vogel, Anna (Riley) Johnson, Sarah Ripa and fiancé Alex Kuntz; 11 grandnieces and nephews; three great-grand nieces and nephews; aunts, Ruth Walker, Louise Ripa and numerous cousins. Dean was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Norma Ripa.
