Bridgette was born June 10, 1989, in Lincoln, to the late Rodney Wilbur and Stephanie Booher. She died Jan. 8, 2022, at her home in Wilber with family by her side.

She graduated from Lincoln Northstar High School in May 2007. After graduating, she worked as a full-time teacher at the Loving Hearts Child Development Center until meeting her husband, Keith. They were united in marriage on Nov. 15, 2012 and to that, they welcomed a daughter (Raigen) and a son (Kamdon).

Bridgette loved kids and hanging out with friends and family. She loved going in the truck with Keith until her declining health prevented her from doing so. She loved going to the races at Eagle Raceway and Knoxville.

Bridgette had a beautiful smile, a goofy sense of humor and was one tough cookie as her body endured so much over the past few years. She was diagnosed with juvenile type 1 diabetes when she was 9 and had a long, hard fight.

Bridgette is survived by her husband, Keith; daughter, Raigen; son, Kamdon; five stepchildren, Emily, MaKenna, Lillian, Kalub, and Skylur; her mother, Stephanie Booher (Shane) Yuma, Arizona; brother, Zachary Wilbur (Megan) Lincoln; step-brother, Zachary Booher (Amanda) Costa Mesa, California; father-in-law, Layne Korbel (Kay) Wilber; mother-in-law, Brenda Williams (Randy), Fairbury; grandparents, Steve and Sharon Nelson, Lincoln; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rodney Wilbur; grandparents, Lester and Norma Wilbur; cousin, Kendra Wilbur; aunts, Bonnie Wilbur and Karen Wilbur; and nephew, Kase Korbel.

The funeral service was Jan. 13. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family for future designation. Condolences may be left for the family online at www.kunclfh.com.
