Barry Adam Windle, 40, passed away Aug. 28, 2021, in Wilber.
Barry was born in Topeka, Kansas, to Sandra (Windle) Kistner on Dec. 7, 1980. He graduated from Wilber-Clatonia in 2000. Barry was involved in football and wrestling. Barry married Sandy Windle on June 24, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked in construction and maintenance. Barry was an avid Cornhusker and Chiefs fan. Barry loved having a good time, grilling, fishing and playing cards. Barry loved spending time with his family, friends and most of all his cats, Pivo and Bobo.
Barry is preceded in death by his mother Sandra (Windle) Kistner; grandmother, Georgia Windle; cousin, Hailey Feighner; and great-grandparents.
Barry is survived by his loving wife Sandy Windle; her children, Jenny Neil, Melissa McBride and Dustin McBride (Tiffany); grandfather, Donald Windle; sisters and brother, Satin Watlington (Mark), Davy Kistner (Courtney) and Suede Reese (Brandon); niece and nephews, Carter, Brielle, Pierson, Jasper and Bryant; aunts and uncles, Debbie Trent (Andy), Roger Windle (Susan), Tonya Zeigler (Rusty), Kim Feighner (Jeff) and Scott Windle (Rosa); cousins, Shannon Fischer (Tim), Kurtis Feigner (Kristi), Colt Feighner (Heather) Felisha Martin (John), Tylene Snethen (Jason) and Orrin Zeigler.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, Sept. 11, at Legion Park, 113 W. Third St., Wilber, in the Sportsman’s building at 3 p.m. Flowers and memorial contributions maybe sent to Kuncl Funeral Home, 131 W. 12th St., Crete, NE, 68333.
