ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILBER Sealed BIDS will be received by the City of Wilber at the City Office, 110 W. 3rd Street, Wilber, Nebraska, 68465, until 4:00 PM (Local Time) Thursday, October 24, 2024 for furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to drill two (2) or more test holes and construction and testing of two (2) test wells near Wilber, Nebraska and other such work as may be incidental to TEST HOLES & TEST WELLS 2024. Envelopes containing bids shall be sealed and be marked with the project name, date and time of bid. Bidding documents can be obtained from the City. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for the bid opening. Only firm (non-escalating) bids will be allowed. The Council reserves the right to go into closed session on any of the agenda items as pursuant to Section 84-1410. An agenda will be available at the City Office with the Council reserving the right to modify the agenda when convened.
